Before you buy any vehicle registration mark using the Regfinder.net service; ALWAYS READ THE DVLA TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Regfinder.net is a number plate search engine only and as such does not sell DVLA owned number plates either directly or in-directly. Regfinder.net, nor any sister or subsidiary company will not accept responsibility for any loss or liability caused to any user of this site due to misrepresentation of personalised registration numbers bought via the Regfinder.net service. Regfinder.net is not affiliated with the DVLA or any other private number plate company.

8 Abuse of Trading Facilities

This section applies only to those who use or wish to use the Regtrader service in order to advertise or sell vehicle registrations using Regfinder.

Abuse of the Regtrader service such as supplying bad data, fake, stolen or illegal number plates, is not permitted. Traders are not permitted to advertise registration marks they do not own, unless they are 'brokering' the registration mark with the explicit permission of the owner. Regfinder is not responsible for the transfer or sale of Registration marks. Regfinder cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in the advertised registration marks or any dispute in the sale or transfer of these items.

9 Refunds

Refunds for services are available only at the discretion of Regfinder management.
